This project includes 90 seniors apartments,  in three,  3  1/ 2- story buildings, a clubhouse and pool shared by the apartments and also has 17 duplex houses (34 semi-attached homes). They are part of the development of 25  rugged acres, steep, rocky with watercourses, adjacent  to  the Boys & Girls Club property in Mount  Kisco,  New York.
