Seventeen stories containing 316 one and two-bedroom flats, a 10,000 square foot health club with indoor pool and street-level retail and restaurant.  A one quarter acre landscaped  recreation area, including a water feature, a running track, a gazebo and barbeque areas for the exclusive use of the residence. Parking is in an attached garage. The Seasons Condominium is the luxury housing component of the downtown White Plains Urban Renewal Development, which includes 50 Main Street, 1 & 11 Martine Avenue, and The Tower Club Seniors Housing. We master planned this complex, participated in the approvals process and were the architect for each of the buildings.
