Gary joined the firm on a full-time basis in 1977. He received his Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Architecture degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is licensed in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Gary became a principal of the firm in 1984. He is a member of the Westchester County Association, past director of the New York State Association of Architects and past President of the Westchester Mid-Hudson Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

Gary has been very active in his community having served as Pound Ridge Town Supervisor, a member of Westchester Municipal Officials Association, Deputy Town Supervisor, Town Councilman, Office of Emergency Management Executive Director and Planning Board Chairman.
