An 82,000 square foot two-story building on a sloping site. Characteristic of many of our "flex" buildings, there is direct, private entry to each of the
levels. |

Cross Westchester Executive Park:
175 Clearbrook Rd, Elmsford, NY:
A single-story, 88,500 square foot building. Many of the one story "flex" buildings wrap around a central service court where truck access is accommodated.
The exterior wall consists of prefab metal panels with bent forms to increase structural strength and a sprayed on cement application for beauty and wearability. |

We designed a new prototype for this region, in which buildings are suited to industrial uses such as
warehousing, distribution, finishing and assembly, as well as offices, research laboratories, a day care facility, and other occupancies suitable to the location. These buildings generally have high ceilings and floors arranged to permit direct
truck loading. Wall panels are interchangeable to allow for windows, entry doors and/or loading doors. |
