This Project consists of 168 rental apartments and 144 for-sale town homes on 20 acres of rocky rolling terrain. The residences were set into the existing topography and native natural stone was preserved for use in landscaping and retaining walls. The 10,000 square foot clubhouse features a heated outdoor pool, multi-media room, kitchen/bar and fireside lounge.
