We have designed all three Contractor's Register's office buildings and planned their 35 acre site in Yorktown Heights, NY to accommodate their current and future needs.  In 1962 we were the architect for their first office building, a two story 5,000  square foot building in Elmsford, NY, facilitating their move from offices in mid Manhattan to Westchester County.  The Yorktown Heights property was purchased in 1982. We master planned this parcel to accommodate two similar 30,000  square foot two story office buildings set into slopes conforming to the existing dynamic topography.  Site area has been set aside for additional buildings. The first  30,000 square foot  building was completed in 1988,  the second was completed in 2007.
